Find the Right Group Coaching Program for Where You Are Right Now
You don’t need to figure out the perfect next step.
You just need to know what stage you’re in.
We have 3 programs, each created for a different stage of recovery. Here’s how to decide.

Your next step is Trauma Bond Recovery.
This is the right program for you if you’re still missing them, hoping they’ll change, checking on them, relapsing, craving closure, ruminating, or struggling to detach. You don’t need more willpower. You need to understand the bond, weaken the pull, and start making decisions from reality instead of longing, guilt, fear, or hope.
Your next step is Rise & Rebuild.
This is the right program for you if the trauma bond has broken, but your confidence, self-trust, boundaries, and sense of direction still feel shaky. You may not want to go back, but that doesn’t mean you automatically know how to move forward. This is where you rebuild the foundation abuse damaged.
Your next step is The Identity Restoration.
This is the right program for you if you’re no longer centered on them, but you still notice the old conditioning: guilt, over-explaining, shrinking, people-pleasing, self-abandonment, or scanning for everyone else’s comfort before your own truth. This is deeper identity work, where you stop organizing your life around survival and start living from the woman you are now.

A Note About the Recovery Pathway
You may notice that some programs feel connected.
That’s because they are.
Healing after abuse often happens in layers.
- First, you break the pull.
- Then, you rebuild your foundation.
- Then, you restore the identity, voice, desire, and self-leadership that survival taught you to silence.
Many women take more than one program because each one supports a different stage of recovery. In fact, over 30% of women who join one group coaching program go on to enroll in another as their next step.
That doesn’t mean you need to know your whole path today.
It just means you can start where you are. Join Lisa Sonni & Dr. Peter Salerno today.
